Phoenix West Valley Property Management is the West Valley practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC, run from our Scottsdale office. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020.
What we bring to the West Valley is a published, all-inclusive fee, no markup on routine maintenance, and a broker who signs every file. In a market where most of the rental inventory is investor-owned and managed at volume, being able to reach a person who knows your specific property is not a small thing.
